This Payment Policy explains the accepted methods of payment, currencies, and timing of charges for purchases made at Cosmic Loop FX.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported)

  • Klarna (Pay in 3 / Pay Later options where available)

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.

Klarna payment options are subject to approval and eligibility checks. Using Klarna does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Currency

All transactions on our website are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP £).
If you're shopping from outside the UK, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.

Payment Timing

Your payment method will be charged immediately when you place your order.
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.
For Klarna payments, the instalment schedule is determined by Klarna at checkout.

Taxes, VAT & Import Charges

Prices include UK VAT (20%) where applicable.
No additional taxes or fees are due on delivery for UK orders.

European Union

Orders shipped to the EU are dispatched from the UK.

At checkout, EU customers can choose how VAT and import charges are handled:

1. Duties & VAT Included (DDP)

  • Import VAT is prepaid

  • Any applicable duties and customs fees are prepaid

  • No additional charges are due on delivery

2.Import VAT Payable on Delivery (DDU / DAP)

  • No VAT is charged at checkout

  • Import VAT and any courier handling fees are collected by the courier before delivery

The available options and pricing are shown clearly at checkout so customers can

choose their preferred method.

United States

No UK VAT is charged at checkout.

​

We strongly recommend US customers purchase through our authorised US dealer

for domestic shipping and no import charges.

Direct orders shipped from the UK to the United States are sent using

Duties & Taxes Included (DDP) shipping only.

With DDP shipping:

  • All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are prepaid

  • No charges are due on delivery

Rest of World (Outside UK / EU / USA)

No UK VAT is charged at checkout.

Depending on your country’s import regulations, your order may be subject to:

  • Local VAT / GST

  • Import duties

  • Courier handling or brokerage fees

These charges are typically collected on delivery.

For some destinations, Duties & Taxes Included (DDP) shipping options may be available at checkout.

Pre-Paid Duties & Taxes (DDP)

Where offered at checkout, DDP shipping includes all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the total amount paid.

Availability and pricing vary by destination and order value.
