Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
We’ll offer a replacement or refund and cover return postage.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
