Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (30-Day Returns)
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

In its original condition

Undamaged
-
Returned with all accessories and original packaging
Please email info@cosmicloopfx.com before returning your item.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In these cases, we will:

Arrange a replacement or refund

Cover return shipping costs

Provide a prepaid return label where available
This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind or non-fault returns:

UK customers: Return shipping costs are your responsibility

EU customers: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

International customers: Return shipping costs and any associated customs or handling fees are your responsibility
We recommend using a tracked service.
We cannot refund items lost in transit.
4. VAT, Duties & International Returns
European Union (EU)
EU customers can choose at checkout how import charges are handled:

Duties & VAT Included (DDP)

Import VAT Payable on Delivery (DDU / DAP)
Returns & Refunds:

You will receive a refund of the product price once the item is returned and inspected

Original shipping costs are refunded only where required by law

Import VAT, duties, and customs fees are not refundable, regardless of shipping method.
- These charges are paid to customs authorities or couriers and cannot
be reclaimed by us
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
United States
Direct orders shipped from the UK to the USA are sent using Duties & Taxes Included (DDP)
shipping only.
Returns & Refunds:

You will receive a refund of the product price once the item is returned and inspected

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees prepaid under DDP are not refundable

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We strongly recommend US customers purchase via our authorised US dealer for easier domestic returns.
Rest of World (Outside UK / EU / USA)
For international returns, please clearly mark the parcel as:
“Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”
This helps avoid unnecessary customs charges.
Returns & Refunds:

Import duties, VAT/GST, and carrier handling fees paid on the original delivery are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a fault

If your order was shipped using DDP, import taxes and duties prepaid by us are not refundable

Return shipping and any customs-related charges are your responsibility unless the item is faulty
5. Refund Processing Times
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Klarna Payments
If you paid using Klarna, refunds are processed directly through Klarna.

Your Klarna balance or instalments will be adjusted automatically

It may take up to one billing cycle for changes to appear
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper setup

Items returned without original parts or packaging

Items returned after the 30-day return window (unless faulty)
8. Warranty
All Cosmic Loop FX products include a warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you experience technical issues outside the 30-day return window, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
