Returns & Refunds Policy 

1. Your Right to Cancel (30-Day Returns)

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

• In its original condition

• Undamaged

• Returned with all accessories and packaging

Please email info@cosmicloopfx.com before returning your item.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

• Arrange a replacement or refund

• Cover all return shipping costs

• Provide a prepaid return label where available

3. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind or non-fault returns:

• UK customers: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• EU customers: You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

• International customers: Return shipping costs and any customs/handling charges are your responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

4. VAT, Duties & International Returns

EU Customers

If your order was shipped to the EU, VAT for your country is collected at checkout or through DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.

For returns:

• You will receive a refund of the full product price once the item has been returned and inspected.

• Original shipping costs are refunded only where required by law or where stated in your order.

• Import VAT and duties are not refundable, as these charges were paid to your country’s customs authority at the time of import.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

USA & Rest of World Customers

If returning goods internationally, please clearly mark the parcel as:
“Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”
This helps avoid unnecessary customs charges during the return process.

For returns from outside the UK:

• Any import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees you paid on the original delivery are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.

• If your order was shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), all import taxes and duties were paid by us directly to your country’s customs authority. These charges are not refundable to you as part of your return.

Return shipping costs and any associated customs/handling fees for returning goods are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

5. Refund Processing Times

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

For Klarna payments

If you paid using Klarna, refunds will be processed directly through Klarna.
Your Klarna balance or upcoming instalments will be adjusted automatically.
It may take 1 billing cycle for changes to appear on your Klarna account.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper setup

• Items returned without original parts or packaging

• Any item returned after the 30-day return window (unless faulty)

 

8. Warranty

All Cosmic Loop FX products include a standard warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you experience any technical issues outside the 30-day return window, please contact us for support.

9. How to Start a Return

Email info@cosmicloopfx.com with:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)

We will confirm next steps and provide return instructions.
