Orders

• You’ll receive confirmation upon placing an order.

• The contract is formed once payment is accepted and goods are dispatched.

• All products are subject to availability.

 

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

• For customers in the United Kingdom, prices include UK VAT (20%) where applicable.

• For customers in the European Union, your country’s standard VAT rate is collected at checkout and your order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning VAT and any import duties are included in the price and no charges are due on delivery.

• For customers in the United States and other international destinations, UK VAT is not charged at checkout. Local import taxes, duties or handling fees may apply on delivery unless you select DDP shipping by contacting us.

• We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported) and Klarna (Pay in 3 / Pay Later) subject to eligibility.

• The contract is formed when payment is successful and goods are dispatched.

All products include a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
