These terms govern your use of the Cosmic Loop FX website and your purchase of products.

Orders

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order.

A legally binding contract is formed once payment has been successfully received and the goods have been dispatched.

All products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

United Kingdom

For customers in the UK, prices include UK VAT (20%) where applicable.

European Union

Orders shipped to the European Union are dispatched from the UK.

At checkout, EU customers can choose how VAT and import charges are handled:

Duties & VAT Included (DDP) – import VAT, duties, and customs fees are prepaid
Import VAT Payable on Delivery (DDU / DAP) – import VAT and courier handling fees are payable before delivery

The available options and pricing are shown clearly at checkout.

United States

No UK VAT is charged at checkout for orders shipped to the United States.

Direct orders shipped from the UK to the USA are sent using Duties & Taxes Included (DDP)

shipping only.

All applicable import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are prepaid, and no charges are due on delivery.

We strongly recommend US customers purchase through our authorised US dealer for domestic shipping and easier returns.

Rest of World (Outside UK / EU / USA)

No UK VAT is charged at checkout.

Depending on the destination country, orders may be subject to local VAT/GST, import duties, or courier handling fees, which are typically collected on delivery.

For some destinations, Duties & Taxes Included (DDP) shipping options may be available at checkout.

Warranty

All products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse or improper setup
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorised modification or repair

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and product designs, is the property of Cosmic Loop FX or its licensors.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws

of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
