At Cosmic Loop FX, we aim to deliver your gear quickly and reliably.

UK Customers

Prices include UK VAT (20%).

Orders ship directly from our UK workshop with fast delivery and full tracking.
No additional taxes or fees are due on delivery.

EU Customers

Orders shipped to the European Union are dispatched from the UK.

At checkout, EU customers can choose one of two shipping options:

1. Duties & VAT Included (DDP) — No Charges on Delivery

With this option:

Import VAT is prepaid
Any applicable duties and customs fees are prepaid
No charges are collected on delivery
Customs clearance is faster and smoother

This option provides the most predictable delivery experience.

2. Import VAT Payable on Delivery (DDU / DAP) — Lower Checkout Price

With this option:

No VAT is charged at checkout
Import VAT and any courier handling fees are collected by the courier before delivery
Charges and procedures vary by country and courier

This option is typically cheaper at checkout but may result in additional charges before delivery.

US Customers

We strongly recommend US customers purchase through our authorised US dealer for:

Domestic shipping
No import duties or customs processing
Faster delivery

Direct Orders Shipped from the UK

Direct orders shipped from the UK to the United States are sent using

Duties & Taxes Included (DDP) shipping only.

With DDP shipping:

All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are prepaid
No charges are due on delivery
This avoids unexpected or excessive customs fees

No UK VAT is charged on US orders.

Rest of World (Outside UK / EU / USA)

No UK VAT is charged at checkout.

Depending on your country’s import rules, your order may be subject to:

Local VAT / GST
Import duties
Courier handling or brokerage fees

These charges are typically collected on delivery.
