At Cosmic Loop FX, we aim to deliver your gear quickly and reliably.

UK Customers

Prices include UK VAT (20%).
Orders ship directly from our UK workshop with fast delivery and full tracking.

EU Customers

For EU orders, we collect your country’s standard VAT rate at checkout.

All EU shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means:

• VAT is included in your checkout total

• Any applicable import duties are included

• No extra charges are due on delivery

• Faster and smoother customs clearance

This is the same VAT you would pay if you bought locally — it’s simply collected at checkout instead of at the border.

US Customers

No UK VAT is charged at checkout for orders shipped directly to the USA.

Imports into the United States may be subject to:

• A 10% import tariff (depending on product classification)

• Local state taxes or carrier handling fees

These charges are normally collected on delivery by U.S. Customs or the courier.

DDP Option (Recommended)

If you want to avoid unexpected or excessive customs charges, we can ship your order using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
With DDP, all import taxes, duties, and fees are prepaid, and no charges are collected at delivery.

To request DDP shipping, please contact us at info@cosmicloopfx.com before or immediately after placing your order.
We will confirm availability and provide a quote for pre-paid import costs before shipping.

 

US Dealer Option

US customers may also purchase through our authorised dealer for domestic shipping with no import duties:

Rest of World (Outside UK / EU / USA)

No UK VAT is charged at checkout.

Depending on your country’s import rules, your parcel may be subject to:

• Local GST / VAT

• Import duties

• Carrier handling or brokerage fees

These charges are normally collected on delivery by your local customs authority or courier.

DDP Option (Where Available)

For many countries, we can offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping so all import taxes, duties, and fees are settled in advance.
This ensures no additional charges on delivery and speeds up customs processing.
