At Cosmic Loop FX, we aim to deliver your gear quickly and reliably.

UK Customers

• Prices include UK VAT (20%).

• Orders ship directly from our UK workshop.

EU Customers

• UK VAT is removed at checkout.

• Your local VAT will be collected on delivery at your country’s standard rate.

• This is the same VAT you would pay if you bought locally — it just gets collected at the border instead of at checkout.

US Customers

• ⚠️ A 10% import tariff is applied to all shipments to the United States.
  This tariff is collected upon delivery by U.S. Customs.

• No additional UK VAT is charged at checkout.

• Local state taxes or carrier handling fees may still apply at the point of delivery.

Rest of World

• No UK VAT charged at checkout.

• Local taxes or duties may apply depending on your country.

Optional Pre-Paid Duties & Taxes

• We are currently working on offering the option to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout for international customers. This service helps avoid unexpected fees on delivery and can speed up customs clearance.

• If you would like us to arrange pre-paid duties/taxes for your order in the meantime, please email info@cosmicloopfx.com with your order number after placing your order. We will confirm availability and provide a quote for the additional cost before processing.

• Fast worldwide shipping with tracking.

• Typical delivery times:

  • UK: 1–2 working days

  • EU: 3–5 working days

  • US/Canada: 5–7 working days

  • Rest of world: 7–10 working days
